- Performs maintenance to include monitoring and replacement of lighting fixtures and fuses.
- Inspect buildings other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair making notes and recommendations using pre-established check sheets.
- Performs minor painting, carpentry, and preparing and/ or power-washing stonework surfaces.
- Maintain interior and exterior windows checking for any cracks or any damage, and keep them clean and washed.
