Building Maintenance

Performs maintenance to include monitoring and replacement of lighting fixtures and fuses.
Inspect buildings other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair making notes and recommendations using pre-established check sheets.
Performs minor painting, carpentry, and preparing and/ or power-washing stonework surfaces.
